When to use
Early in the process. (A good idea is to do it straight after the gameplan workshop)
Why you should
Define and agree on the different actors the project should focus on.
What you get
A map of all the stakeholders and their relationship with each other.
Steps to take
Start in the middle with primary user/actors of the service.
Secondary users. This can be next of kind, relatives, networks.
Service providers. The ones that make and delivers the service.
Premise makers. The ones who influence the frameworks for the service. It can be politicians, manegers etc.
