Steps to take
After an ideation session or insights period, gather all involved participants to group findings.
On post-its or piece of paper, each participants writes any facts, drawings, ideas, quotes or observations of what they learned earlier.
Put the notes up on the wall or lay it across a table.
When the table or wall starts to fill up, start to place similar notes together so they form groups. Begin with a random post it.
Continue until everything is sorted and discuss along the way.
When all participants are satisfied with the clustering, give each group name that captures the meaning of the collection of notes.
