Steps to take
Prepare a piece of paper, or a digital canvas that is divided into eight equally sized rectangles.
Set a timer for one minute.
Individually, each team member sketches one idea in one of the rectangles. Repeat this, in quick succession, until all eight rectangles are filled.
Present your ideas to each other. If you are a big group top 3 ideas per person can be enough.
Cluster the ideas to find patterns or similarities.
