When to use
You want to describe and structure several ideas or concepts in the same way.
Why you should
To create a structured overview one one page of each idea for prioritisation, communication and alignment.
What you get
A collection of ideas structured in the same way - one idea per sheet.
Steps to take
Create a template with the most important aspects you want to consider. It can be how much it requires to implement, how radical it is, how much of a strategic fit it is etc.
Fill out the templates together with your team, either as a group or individually.
Go through the idea sheet together and ensure that everything makes sense.
When you have completed all the idea sheets you can use them to present your ideas to users, for prioritisation sessions, to onboard internal stakeholders, for your team to be aligned etc.
Further reading
The template in the link below is just an example, and there might be other things that are more important in your project. However, there should also be a title, a simple illustration and a description of the idea.
This exercise can also be done in a workshop directly after more creative ideation exercises in order to dig deeper into some of the ideas you have come up with.
