When to use
In the beginning of the project and everyone should be present.
Why you should
To clarify everyones responsibility, create an openness in the group and achieve a higher degree of trust.
What you get
A common and clear understanding of everyone's roles, behaviours and expectations of a project.
Steps to take
Start by describing the exercise and why we do it.
All participants individually fills out their columns with name, role, what you want to contribute with and what you're going to need support with.
On post its, or other separate notes, write down expectations you have of each of the other team member. Put them aside until its time to share them.
In turn, each participant shares their template. At the end of every showcase, the other participants shares their expectation of the presenter. This continues until everyone has share and received expectations.

Hot Tip
It’s important to set aside enough time, in order for everyone to have a good dialogue around the expectations that are unclear.
