Using a stinky fish-templates (link below), each participant writes down their personal worry, fear og concern.
When everyone has written their stinky fish, gather the participants and have them share their fish. Should not use more than a minute per person.
Wrap-up the exercise by thanking participants for sharing. Optionally you can put the fish on the wall as a gallery so everyone can refer back to them later on.

The stinky fish is that thing you carry around but don't like to talk about; but the longer you hide it, the stinkier it gets. It's a metaphor for a fear or anxiety; somthing that will only get worse if you don't acknowledge and deal with it.
This is also a good tool to use in combination with Roles & Expectations.
