You can fill out the template in the link below several ways: Either together as a group in a workshop, as several individuals or as one individual.
Work your way through the template and fill out everything.
If you do it as several individuals, go through the answers and compare the similarities and differences. If you do it alone, show it to important stakeholders and team members and get feedback.
Adjust according to the feedback and create a revised version that is the final one you all agree on.
