Steps to take
The facilitator briefs the participants about a problem statement, which will be the basis for the session.
Each participant writes down or draws out a bad idea based on the problem statement. Any idea generating tool could be used.
When idea generating session is over, each participant shares their worst ideas.
Wrapping up, the fasilitator asks each participant to turn the ideas into good ones. Either by flipping the idea on its head, or mixing and matching several ones.
